The role...Supply Chain Planner (Graduate level)

We’re looking for a graduate level Supply Chain Planner to join our supply chain team and manage our expanding UK and USA range. Graze is on the lookout for motivated individuals to help achieve its ambitious expansion plans.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Managing over 300 SKUs across four product ranges and two territories (UK and USA)
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels in the warehouse
  • Communication of stock availability information
  • Optimising stock availability and manage where necessary the release of stock into certain business streams
  • Liaising with the purchasing, manufacturing and dispatch departments on a daily basis to help maintain availability and smooth factory operations
  • Managing and supporting adhoc supply chain projects
  • Ensuring there is an adequate stock rotation
  • Recording and communicating any product or ingredient waste
  • Analysing products’ usage & communicate any supply chain issues
  • Monitoring supply chain performance against agreed KPIs
  • Identifying and implementing appropriate improvements to systems, processes and infrastructure
  • Maintaining system master data and settings
  • Providing Admin support to the rest of the Supply Chain team
  • Other office / admin tasks as required

What we’re looking for in you

  • You might have 1 to 2 years experience working in a similar role within a FMCG business or a graduate with a degree in a related field (supply chain management/logistics/business)
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Strong analytical skills, keen eye for detail and highly numerate
  • Able to multi-task and enjoys solving problems
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Adaptable, approach and cooperative nature
  • Good communicator
