Interim Brand Project Manager

The role...Interim (6 month) Brand Project Manager...
 
You will be part of the group brand team and lead the rollout and successful implementation of our multi-channel brand re-launch project across the UK and the US. 
 
What you’ll be responsible for?...

  • Creative development: work closely with our agency and the in-house comms team throughout the creative process, providing feedback and ensuring high quality delivery of agreed assets 
  • Project management: managing the overall project timelines, budget and implementation milestones working towards a full re-brand date in May 2018 across key touchpoints
  • Rollout: working with teams across the business – digital, US retail, UK retail – to implement the new brand look & feel across all consumer-facing touchpoints
  • Internal comms: ensure that key stakeholders are kept up to date on the progress of the project; plan internal launch and rollout of the project to excite and motivate the business ahead of the go live

What we are looking for in you...

You'll need to display solid brand development & marketing experience, either within an FMCG business or creative agency. You’ll have a proven track record of delivering high quality brand assets, collaborating with creative agencies, managing complex projects and influencing internal and external stakeholders. You have the passion and enthusiasm to get stuck into projects to deliver great business results. You need to be independent and resilient to work in a busy and complex environment, and have the confidence and maturity to engage and influence senior stakeholders. As part of a small team, you will be expected to have a hands-on mentality and willing to work on all things big and small. 

The competencies we are looking for!...

  • Solid experience in a brand marketing role with a focus on developing brand assets and campaigns
  • Specific track record in defining and rolling out visual identities for brands across a number of different touchpoints
  • Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail and high standards of execution
  • Worked with creative agencies, providing high quality and actionable feedback
  • Maturity and confidence to think and act independently, take initiative on new projects and work without close supervision.
  • Natural collaborator, working well with different teams, clear communication and strong influencing skills including across locations / geographies to get stuff done
  • Proactive, passionate about food and health, high energy and resilient, with a natural curiosity
